About Our Client

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well known business in the local area (Edwinstowe) who have a nationwide presence. The company offers a supportive working environment and are looking for a Part Time Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team as soon as possible to support the Purchase Ledger team. This is an office based role based in Edwinstowe.

Job Description
  • Process supplier invoices and ensure accurate data entry into the ledger system.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Prepare payment runs and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth month-end processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and support audit requirements.
  • Respond to supplier queries and build positive working relationships.
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks within the accounting & finance department as needed.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Part Time Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:

  • Previous experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role.
