A healthcare provider in Kendal is seeking a part-time Painter and Decorator to maintain the facility's appearance. This is a part-time painter and decorator role at Elysium Healthcare's Ann House facility in Kendal. The successful candidate will be responsible for the appearance and maintenance of the property, including leading all decorating work, preparing surfaces, applying paint and finishes, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. The role requires previous experience in painting and decorating, as well as the ability to work under pressure and respond to the Regional Facilities Manager's requests.
As a Painter and Decorator at Ann House, you will work 22.5 hours per week, where no two days will be the same. You will be responsible for the appearance and maintenance of the facility, including leading all decorating tasks, proper preparation of surfaces, applying paint and finishes, repairing and maintaining painted surfaces, ensuring work is completed to a high standard, assisting with material procurement, maintaining a clean and organized work area, following health and safety guidelines, and supporting the maintenance team as required.
