Qualifications

  • Previous experience working as an Ophthalmic Technician within an Ophthalmology setting.
  • Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

  • Assist registered practitioners in the provision of ophthalmic diagnostic services.
  • Perform subjective tests of visual function.
  • Measure vision and visual acuity for distance & near.
  • Manage own clinical workload.

Skills

Excellent communication skills
Ability to respond to different communication needs of patients
UK Full Driving Licence
