A small financial software solutions company is urgently seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to assist its busy Marketing team.

Your duties will include:

  • Assisting in planning and organising company events in the EMEA region
  • Coordinating logistics such as venue booking, vendor communication, catering, and equipment setup
  • Supporting event promotion through email campaigns and social media
  • Managing event registration, guest lists, and on-site support
  • Assisting in executing marketing campaigns and tracking their performance
  • Maintaining marketing calendars
  • Providing administrative support to the Marketing team and EMEA Sales team
  • Writing and producing content for the EMEA market to support Sales
  • Coordinating and executing webinars

Your experience must include:

  • Proven relevant experience in a marketing coordination role including hosting webinars, planning/running events etc
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong IT skills
  • The ability to commit to 20 hours a month, during normal working hours (Monday Friday), with flexibility to work more hours if necessary, and attend venues in person in London, to assess site suitability and attend events is essential
  • This position will suit potentially someone on maternity/paternity leave or currently studying a marketing degree to work around their studies
  • This position will be working remotely
