Part Time Lettings Negotiator

Location: Ashby

The Opportunity
A respected and long-established firm is seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join its residential lettings team based in Ashby. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key part of a growing and diversifying business. You\'ll play an active role in expanding market presence in and around surrounding areas, while delivering excellent service to landlords and tenants.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords
  • Register applicants and manage applicant databases
  • Match tenants to suitable properties and provide property details
  • Market properties across online platforms and media
  • List new instructions on property portals
  • Conduct viewings and obtain feedback
  • Negotiate offers and tenancy terms
  • Manage listings from instruction through to "Let Agreed"
  • Work towards individual and team targets
  • Provide regular market updates and insights
  • Support broader team objectives as needed
About You
  • Minimum 2 years\' experience in a lettings negotiator role (essential)
  • ARLA Level 3 qualification (preferred but not essential – training can be provided)
  • Proactive, driven, and target-focused approach
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Well-organised with effective time management
  • Calm, professional, and customer-focused attitude
  • Confident using technology and online platforms
  • Smart and professional personal presentation
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
  • Passionate about property and providing excellent service
