Job description

Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging Leisure Attendant at Carlton Forum Leisure Centre. As well as lifeguarding and delivering swimming lessons, you will be expected to complete various other leisure centre tasks such as cleaning and setting up of leisure activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide lifeguarding supervision and promote water safety with excellent lifeguarding skills.
• Deliver a range of swimming lessons to diverse audiences.
• Carry out leisure centre tasks including cleaning and setting up activities.
• Work independently or as part of a team and maintain a professional appearance and attitude.

Qualifications

• Valid National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ).
• Valid Swim Teachers Qualification.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance.

Working hours

10 hours per week: Thursday 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm; Saturday 08:30 am – 3:30 pm.
