Role: Part time Legal Manager (Property Management firm, Ilford, London)

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per year

Type: Part time 20-25 hours a week, Permanent

Civitas Recruitment is working with a large and growing property development/management company based in London. The organization also has a philanthropic arm investing in social and charitable activities. Due to growth, there is an opportunity for a Legal Manager to join the team. You will be responsible for legal support across all company functions and provide legal advice in various areas of the business. This is a hybrid, part-time role based in Ilford, East London.

Who are we looking for?

Qualified UK solicitor with broad commercial and contractual law experience. Experience in property law and commercial leases is a plus but not essential. Open to newly qualified candidates with generalist legal experience and aptitude. Good understanding of HR is required, with scope for development. Candidates should have excellent stakeholder management, leadership skills, and be a trusted subject matter expert. This role is ideal for someone seeking to develop their legal career in a supportive environment.
