Qualifications

  • Experience in a kitchen setting is preferred.
  • Willingness to work towards NVQ2 in Catering or Food Preparation.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with meal preparation under the direction of the Chef.
  • Serve meals in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
  • Monitor food storage temperatures.
  • Support stock rotation and proper ingredient storage.
  • Teach new team members about kitchen equipment usage.
  • Ensure the kitchen remains spotless after service.
