Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient and effective administrative support to the HR department.
  • Support HR strategies, systems and processes to maintain positive employee relations.
  • Administer the full recruitment lifecycle, including advertising roles, arranging interviews.
  • Deliver a high-quality induction process for new starters.
  • Support the appraisal process and maintain personnel records.
