Responsibilities
  • Providing generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle
  • Managing ER cases including disciplinaries, grievances, and absence reviews

  • Assisting with compliance, policy updates, and audit preparation
  • Contributing to employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
Qualifications
  • Experience in an HR Advisor role, ideally within food or FMCG manufacturing
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR processes
  • Confident handling ER cases and advising managers independently
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience) preferred
  • Available to start immediately or at short notice
