A leading digital services provider in the UK is seeking a part-time DI&B Coordinator to support their diversity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives. The successful candidate will coordinate events, support communications, and analyze diversity data. This role is hybrid, requiring proximity to the Leeds office. Are you passionate about fostering a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to thrive? We're looking for a proactive, organised and empathetic individual to join our team as a DI&B Coordinator.
This role is perfect for someone with a "can-do" attitude and a genuine desire to contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment. Reporting to the DI&B Advisor, you'll play a vital role in supporting our DI&B initiatives through event coordination, communication, and, crucially, diversity data analysis and reporting.
This is a part-time position, working 22.5 hours per week. The role is hybrid, however candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance of our Leeds City Centre office, as regular on-site meetings and collaboration will be required.
No specific qualifications are required for this role; instead, we're looking for individuals with transferable experience from any previous roles or activities that demonstrate the skills, interests and behaviours outlined above.

Hippo locations
We are headquartered in Leeds and have offices across the UK in Glasgow, Manchester, Birmingham, London and Bristol. We're on the lookout for top talent nationwide but you need to be located within reasonable travelling distance from one of our offices which will be your contracted office location. Given the dynamic nature of a consulting business, you may be required to work on-site at a Hippo office or at an in/out of town client location for a number of days per week (client dependent) and therefore candidates will need to be open/flexible to travel. Plus, we offer a generous relocation support package of up to £8k (please ask for terms and conditions) to help make your move a smooth one.
