Part‑Time IT Administrator – Lincoln

Part‑time IT Administrator (25 hrs/wk) needed in Lincoln! Support our IT projects, liaise with suppliers, and keep systems running smoothly. Flexible hours, friendly team, real impact.

Location & Working Hours

Location: Lincoln (Office‑Based)

Hours: 25 hours per week

Pay: £25,389 (pro‑rata £16,380)

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Act as the go‑to admin support for our IT team
  • Liaise with suppliers, offices, and finance to keep contracts and renewals on track
  • Manage and update supplier accounts and subscription data
  • Support ongoing IT projects with admin, data gathering, and process updates
  • Book meetings and ensure the department’s admin tasks are handled efficiently
  • Help maintain and improve admin processes to keep the team organized and compliant
What We’re Looking For
  • Confident multitasker with excellent organisational skills and great attention to detail
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data merging and manipulation
  • Strong communication skills, enjoys building relationships with suppliers and colleagues
  • Team player who can juggle priorities, work to deadlines, and stay calm under pressure
  • Previous admin experience essential; qualification in business administration or experience in a professional services firm is a bonus
