A nature conservation organization in Edwinstowe is seeking a part-time Administrator to provide essential support to management and teams. You will need strong Microsoft application skills and experience in a customer care environment. Working 18.75 hours per week, the role includes driving, and may require weekend work. We are looking for a p[art time Administrator based at the magical home of Robin Hood, to provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team, departments and teams facilitating delivery of work programmes and an effective working environment. The successful candidate will have experience of delivering an effective, proactive administrative support in a fast-paced environment. Sherwood is a landscape thousands of years in the making, alive with nature, history, and folklore. Today Sherwood it is a magical destination the home of the legend of Robin Hood and the famous Major Oak, estimated to be over a thousand years old. We care for 1,000 acres of woodland and rolling heathland which is home to thousands of species of bird life, insect, mammal, fungi, tree and plants. Wooded for centuries and once part of a vast royal hunting ground. For the 350,000 people that visit Sherwood Forest each year it is an incredible place to visit, boasting a unique collection of ancient oaks which has been thriving here for over 600 years.
This is a permanent, part time role for 18.75 hours per week. The role may include some weekend and bank holiday working. The role includes driving our fleet vehicles so you will need a full, manual driving licence that is valid in the UK.
