We have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Part Time Administration Assistant to join our clients’ fast-growing manufacturing company in the performance automotive exhaust and general fabrication sectors. This role involves working 16 hours per week over 4 days and is based in Sheffield, close to the M1 motorway.

About the role

As a Part Time Administration Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist with sales office work schedule
  • Provide administrative and customer service support for the sales office
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of the sales office
  • Process daily sales orders using Progress+ Software System
  • Email clients regarding Sales Order progress
  • Assist with planning of orders for dispatch
  • Create mailing labels for parcels
  • Answer telephone calls and direct them appropriately
  • Submit delivery notes to clients
  • Process sales invoices
  • Prepare and dispatch merchandise orders
  • Prepare accurate lists for Packing & Dispatch Department
  • Produce and organize work orders for Production Department
  • Contribute to the organization of the Sales Office and assist colleagues
  • Attend and contribute to team meetings

As a Part Time Administration Assistant, you should have:

Rewards

This role offers 16 hours per week over 4 days (flexible hours negotiable), with a starting salary of £10 to £11 per hour depending on experience, plus:

  • 28 days holidays including bank holidays, pro-rata (increases with service)
