Autograph Recruitment is working with a well-established practice seeking a Part Qualified Accountant to join their growing team. Their mission is to provide trusted business advice to SMEs through forward-thinking, close-knit relationships. The role of a Semi Senior is to support the Director and Portfolio Managers by completing routine tasks. They will provide professional service to clients and promote the practice's vision and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the practice to clients, ensuring high standards of service with a focus on innovation and the future.
  • Complete work to a high standard, timely and technically competent.
  • Communicate effectively with external clients, aiming for customer service excellence.
  • Participate in team activities to enhance standards for the business and clients.
  • Attend courses to maintain technical knowledge and CPD compliance.
Key Requirements
  • Part qualified/qualified AAT or qualified by experience.
Additional Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Dependable, reliable team player.
  • Professional manner and appearance.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently.
  • Good organisation skills to minimise admin time.
  • Confidentiality and strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Benefits

Pension: Employer contribution of 3%, increasing to 3.5% from January 2024, with an employee contribution of 5%.
