Job summary

A global engineering consultancy in London is looking for a Part II Architectural Assistant or newly qualified Part 3 Architect to work on diverse projects including office, rail, and commercial developments. Ideal candidates will have relevant qualifications, experience in UK regulations, and proficient skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Revit, and AutoCAD. This is an in-person role with opportunities for mentorship within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of an architectural team to successfully complete tasks/projects.
• Demonstrate design sensitivity and awareness for high quality graphics.
• Production of drawn and graphic information in 2D and 3D.
• Assist in the delivery of projects through all RIBA work stages.
• Show awareness of productive team working.

Skills

Experience of UK regulations

Post Part II working experience in RIBA stages 2 - 5

Fluent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

Revit capability

AutoCAD capability

Organisational skills

Ability to communicate technical detail graphically

Education

Talented Part II Architectural Assistant or newly qualified Part 3 Architect We are an in-person client facing business seeking designers to work with and mentor on multiple new projects in the UK and beyond, varying in size. These projects comprise office, rail, and commercial developments for governmental, corporate, and institutional clients.

• Work as part of an architectural team to successfully complete tasks/projects
• Demonstrate design sensitivity and awareness for high quality graphics
• Production of drawn and graphic information in 2D and 3D
• Assisting in the delivery of projects through all RIBA work stages
• Show Awareness of productive team working

What we will be looking for you to demonstrate…

Qualifications

• Part I and II from a school of Architecture / newly qualified Part 3 Architect

Knowledge & Skills:

• Having experience of the UK regulations applicable to the discipline and how to demonstrate this in project execution.
• Post Part II working experience in RIBA stages 2 - 5
• Fluent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Revit & AutoCAD capability
• Organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
• Be able to work under own initiative or as part of a team
• Have an ability to communicate technical detail graphically and effectively
• Must be able to obtain UK vetting level of Security Check (SC)
