Job description

Michael Conoley Associates currently have a vacancy for an Architectural Assistant (ideally with previous experience and/or their part 2) seeking to gain experience in a busy and well respected architectural practice.

We are a small/medium sized chartered practice with three offices across the south east. You would be based fulltime in our busy central Farnham office which is next to the railway station with regular trains to Waterloo. Duties will include preparation of design/planning and construction drawings for a wide variety of projects but with an emphasis on housing. Site experience can also be provided if required.

Qualifications

• be proficient with AutoCAD but also have manual drafting skills and 3D capability
• have strong written and verbal communication skills
• be motivated, pro‑active, organised, questioning and able to take initiative
• have an excellent academic record
• be capable of multi‑tasking jobs and working within a team to meet deadlines.
