Job description

Decade Three is an architectural practice and chartered planning consultancy who specialise in working alongside developers and contractors. All of our directors have held management positions at some of the UK's well known housebuilders including Weston Homes and Countryside.

We're working on a hugely varied and exciting range of projects including listed building conversions, apartment blocks, light guage steel frames, private house and commercial sites.

We're also looking to start developing sites ourselves.

Our workload for January is looking very busy, so we are looking to employ either one or two Part 2 Architectural Assistants or Technicians. We're looking for a min of 5 years experience at either private or developer practices. Autocad is a must, we do not use Revit. The candidate would be working on both planning and technical packages with some very senior and experienced staff - no one better to lean from!

The office is situated out in the country so a driving license & vehicle is required. We're quite a social bunch with a pub opposite the office which we go to for lunches on Fridays. We're very flexible and sociable with working hours etc.
