A community health service provider is seeking a Parent Infant Practitioner to support mothers and infants in North Lancashire and South Cumbria. The role entails working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure optimal health and wellbeing for mothers and their babies. Candidates should possess a Nursery Nurse/Early Years qualification and a caring approach. Training provided for those without perinatal experience. Flexible working options are available to promote work-life balance.
This is a community based role covering the North Lancashire and South Cumbria area.
We are seeking applications from confident and enthusiastic professionals who are passionate about working in a perinatal service and have experience or understanding of mental health. Post holders will work with women and their babies providing parent infant interventions with the aim to supporting bond and attachment.
We welcome applications from both male and female applicants and although advantageous, there is no requirement to have previous perinatal experience, as training will be provided. Must have Nursery Nurse/Early Years qualification.
