Salary and benefits

Starting salary of £24,268 (£12.23 per hour) increasing to £26,758 (£13.49 per hour) on completion of 6‑month probation. Additional annual supplement of £842 pro‑rota, night‑shift allowance and excellent benefits (based on a 38‑hour full‑time week). Total package may reach about £30 000 per annum.

About the role

As a Warehouse Sorter, you’ll load and unload vehicles; scan and label parcels quickly and efficiently, ensuring every package leaves the processing centre on time and in perfect condition. The role offers reward and best‑in‑industry benefits.

Driving licence requirements

Full manual driving licence covering up to 3.5 tonnes (Cat B) and residing at your current address. Clean licence is ideal but should not carry more than 6 penalty points. Your licence will need to be presented at your assessment.

About you

Positive, practical, with good attention to detail, able to lift and carry parcels up to 30 kg (about 30 litres of water).
