Qualifications

Salary: £45,000–£50,000

Location: Horsham (Hybrid Working Model 3 days in office 2 days WFH)

The Role

As a Paraplanner, you will provide technical support to financial advisers and help drive high-quality financial planning. This position suits someone analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a passion for ongoing development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to support adviser recommendations.
  • Gather, organise and assess client financial information (income, expenditure, assets, liabilities).
  • Use financial planning software to model scenarios and build projections.
  • Prepare and review investment proposals and client reports.
  • Collaborate with advisers to develop tailored financial strategies.
  • Carry out product research and remain up to date on market developments.
  • Ensure adherence to FCA regulations and internal compliance processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • Support the wider team with additional tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience using financial planning/back-office systems (, Genovo, Intelliflo) is advantageous.
