Job summary

A regional ambulance service in the UK seeks a Paramedic Learning Facilitator to support and improve learning experiences for practice educators and learners. Qualifications

  • Work operational shifts on a double crewed ambulance with identified learners.
  • Analyze and provide assurance of quality on learner experiences.

Skills

Experience supporting learners as a practice educator
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong facilitation and motivational skills
Ability to assess learners in the practice setting

Education

Degree level qualification in Paramedic studies
Recognised postgraduate/masters teaching qualification
