Job summary

A respected legal firm in Liverpool is seeking an experienced paralegal / trainee legal executive to support a dynamic property team. This role involves assisting senior property lawyers, managing residential conveyancing cases, and communicating with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess at least 12 months of relevant experience and be proficient in case management systems like Laserforms. Qualifications

My client has an excellent opportunity for an experienced paralegal / trainee legal executive to join their fantastic property team.

This role will include assisting senior property lawyers in a very fast-paced department.

You will also have the confidence and experience to assist with residential conveyancing work.

Experience of Case Management Systems, Laserforms and the Land Registry and SDLT Portals are essential. Experience of using Infotrack desirable but full training will be provided.

A minimum of 12 months previous experience in a property paralegal role is essential. Experience of working in a CQS accredited practice desirable.

The ideal candidate will be well organised, flexible, work well under pressure, be numerate and have a good telephone manner.

Role specifics include;
