Responsibilities

  • Chasing documents and collating them for lawyers to consider strategy.
  • Diarising Court orders and other critical dates.
  • Arranging conferences and Counsel attendances.
  • Conducting legal research and completing factual chronologies.
  • Ensuring compliance with SRA Standards & Regulations.
  • Dealing with routine correspondence and investigating claims.
