Overview

This is a rare chance to join a market‑leading Property & Infrastructure team within a Legal 500 firm that’s well known for its down‑to‑earth, practical approach and long‑standing client relationships.

Role Overview

They’re looking for an experienced and proactive Paralegal to join their Housebuilding team, where no two days are the same. You’ll be right at the heart of residential development work, helping to run transactions day to day by negotiating and concluding missives, keeping clients updated, and helping progress plot sales from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pulling together title packs, setting up online data rooms for sites and developments, and preparing standard documents used across each project.
  • Supporting the lender consent process by preparing letters of non‑crystallisation and deeds of restriction, and assisting with part‑exchange properties (examining titles, reporting to clients, submitting LBTT returns and handling registrations).
  • Managing your own caseload, juggling deadlines, maintaining great eye for detail, and pitching in to support solicitors when needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience in residential development or property law is preferred.
  • Proactive, organized, and detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Comfortable working independently and supporting solicitors when required.
