A leading global law firm is seeking a corporate paralegal to work remotely in the UK. Responsibilities include supporting company secretarial matters and ensuring compliance with UK company law. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills. This role offers a flexible working environment in a dynamic legal team.
