Job description

Our client, a well-established Firm is looking for an experienced Commercial / Real Estate Paralegal to join the Team. The role requires the successful candidate to ideally have a law degree or significant experience in a commercial property setting and be confident in assisting fee earners.

ROLE
  • Assisting the onboarding team
  • Supporting the team on a day-to-day basis including client calls, emails and in person meetings
  • Compiling your own written communications
  • Drafting documentation as required
  • Assisting with post completion matters and file closing
REQUIREMENTS
  • Significant experience - commercial / real estate.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent IT skills, including data inputting
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Experience in amending and collating letters, communicating with clients, third parties and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of anti-money laundering and client due diligence procedures is preferable, along with being numerically confident.
  • Knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules and working with client ledgers.
