Overview

The role: Paralegal
Team: Commercial Property (Developer)
Location: Southampton
Working pattern: Full-time

Why this role matters: You will contribute to the successful delivery of commercial property development projects for a range of clients, ensuring that matters progress efficiently from start to completion.

What you’ll do
  • Support fee-earners across a broad range of commercial property development matters.
  • Assist with acquisitions, disposals and development transactions.
  • Manage and review documents, including titles, contracts, and reports.
  • Manage key dates, deadlines and general transaction progress.
  • Draft, amend and maintain precedent letters and house-style documents.
  • Ensure proper archiving, storage, and retrieval of property documents and deeds.
  • Generate and circulate client reports, ensuring timely updates and delivery.
  • Handle travel and diary management, ensuring fee earners are fully prepared for meetings.
  • Respond to client and stakeholder queries with clear, professional communication.
