As a Paralegal within the Clinical Negligence team, you will manage your own caseload while assisting the Solicitors within the department. This will involve pre-litigation work and cases which are litigated in the All Scotland Sheriff Personal Injury Court and Court of Session. You will have the opportunity to be involved in a wide variety of cases such as delayed diagnosis, hospital negligence, GP claims, surgical negligence, birth injury cases and fatal accidents.
You will also act as a point of contact for clients, providing high-quality advice on a wide range of injury claims, predominantly pre-litigation but with exposure to litigated claims, where appropriate.
The team is comprised of Partners, Associates, Solicitors, Paralegals, Legal Secretaries and dedicated Legal Assistants.
