A housing organization in High Wycombe seeks a proactive Paralegal to support its in-house Legal team. You will manage civil litigation cases, draft legal documents, and conduct research. Ideal candidates have a Law degree and experience in a legal environment, with strong communication and organizational skills. This position offers a hybrid working model, comprehensive benefits including a salary of £36,255 and 25 days holiday. To provide essential support to our in‑house Legal team in the management of Civil Access Injunction matters. Our Paralegal will also work closely with the Legal team to ensure efficient and effective case management of general housing management legal files.
We operate a hybrid model of working with two days in our modern air conditioned offices (free parking) in High Wycombe, Bucks and 3 days home or remote. This ensures a balance of colleague interaction and reduced commute.

We’re looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Paralegal to join our friendly and knowledgeable in‑house Legal team and play a key role in supporting the efficient management of housing related legal matters.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in civil litigation and housing law to develop their career in a fast paced, purpose driven organisation. You’ll work closely with our in‑house legal team, supporting a wide range of cases and helping to ensure our services are delivered with professionalism and integrity.
Regular access to a vehicle is necessary as there will be some additional travel when required to attend court business mileage will be reimbursed at the prevailing rate of 45p per mile less home to work commute in line with our policy.
Whilst this role is to cover maternity, in a business our size and with the transformation we are going through, there is a possibility that this could either be extended or other suitable opportunities may arise. Many of our talented colleagues started at SettleParadigm as temporary/interim and have gone on to forge successful careers with us. However, if something longer term doesn’t materialise, you will still gain valuable experience which will add to your employ‑ability in this and similar fields.
