This firm is seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Leasehold Services Paralegal to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Assist fee earners in preparing, reviewing, and drafting leasehold documentation, including leases, licences to assign, deeds of variation, and notices.
• Support the management of leasehold transactions, such as lease extensions, enfranchisements, and right to manage claims.
• Conduct legal research on leasehold and property law, as well as relevant statutory frameworks.
• Liaise with clients, landlords, tenants, managing agents, and external solicitors to ensure smooth case progression.
• Prepare correspondence and reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist with billing, administrative tasks, and diary management for deadlines and requisitions.

Qualifications
