Adjacency are delighted to be exclusively partnering a full-service law firm with offices across the Southwest and Midlands in their recruitment of a Paralegal for their Real Estate Division.

This role will involve providing legal support to lawyers and clients in assisting with legal work, research, documentation and preparing cases. The successful candidate will play a vital part ensuring the smooth running of legal matters and contributing to case management.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct legal research on case law, statutes, and precedents to support case preparation and strategy.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, correspondence, and pleadings, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
  • Assist with case management by organising files, monitoring deadlines, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Liaise with clients under solicitor supervision, providing updates and gathering required information or documentation.
  • Prepare hearing materials such as briefs, bundles, and witness statements; attend hearings or trials to provide solicitor support.
Qualifications

To be considered for this opportunity you will have previous experience working within law (specific area, e.g., commercial litigation, property law is desirable), or will have a Law Degree that will allow a smooth transition into a Paralegal role. You should also have excellent communication skills, (verbal & written), and be detail orientated with the ability to work at pace when required.

Salary and Working Pattern

This is role offers a salary of £27,000 - £33,000, (depending on experience), and offers a hybrid working pattern once the successful candidate is fully trained.
