Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the PALS & Complaints team ensuring that all concerns and complaints are managed.
  • Ensure all incoming correspondence is recorded and managed appropriately.
  • Administer the team with typing letters, maintaining records, and telephone inquiries.
  • Progress chase complaints and document all actions in files.
  • Arrange meetings and take notes/minutes as required.
  • Input data accurately onto the Complaints & PALS database.
  • Act as the first point of contact for calls to the office.
