A prominent healthcare organization is seeking a full-time painter and decorator to lead and execute all decorating tasks across its facilities. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in painting and decorating, along with the ability to maintain high standards of work and support a multidisciplinary team. Epsom & St Helier trust are looking for a substantive full‑time painter and decorator. The successful candidate will be responsible for all decorating tasks, including surface preparation, painting, varnishing, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. They will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to create a supportive and caring environment for service users.
The Painter and Decorator will be responsible for leading all decorating tasks, ensuring proper preparation of surfaces, applying paint and other finishes, repairing and maintaining painted surfaces, and completing all work to a high standard within project timelines. They will assist with the selection and procurement of materials, maintain a safe work environment, and support the maintenance team as required.
