Platinum Recruitment are working with a leading supplier in Poole, Dorset who are currently looking for an experienced Paint Sprayer with expertise in applying two-pack polyurethane coatings to join their busy production team.

What’s involved?

* Prepare surfaces for spraying, including masking & sanding
* Mix & apply two-pack polyurethane coatings
* Using air-assisted or airless spray equipment
* Ensure coatings are applied to required thickness, finish & specification
* Perform visual & measured inspections to verify coating quality & finish
* Follow production schedules & complete work to deadlines

You must have:

* Proven experience with two-pack polyurethane systems.
* Knowledge of mixing ratios, curing times, & spray techniques for two-pack coatings
* Ability to read & understand technical data sheets and work instructions.
* Strong attention to detail & commitment to quality.
* Reliability, a good attitude & be capable of working in a team
