Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Paint Sprayer to join a busy and expanding used car dealership. The business operates its own workshop and spray booth, preparing vehicles for sale to a high standard. As a Paint Sprayer, you will deliver high-quality paintwork and smart repairs, ensuring vehicles are presented to the best possible standard for customers.

Responsibilities
  • Spraying panels and performing smart repairs to vehicles with precision and care.
  • Preparing vehicles for sale, including bodywork repair and finishing.
  • Maintaining workshop standards, ensuring tools and equipment are used safely and effectively.
  • Collaborating with the valet and workshop teams to ensure smooth vehicle preparation.
  • Upholding quality standards and attention to detail across all work undertaken.
What we are looking for
  • Previously worked as a Paint Sprayer, Spray Painter, Painter, Sprayer, Paint Technician, Vehicle Painter or in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in vehicle painting, smart repairs, and bodywork finishing.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Enthusiastic, reliable, and motivated to develop within the business.
  • Awareness of health and safety standards within a workshop environment.
