Overview

Were hiring a highly motivated Paint Shop Supervisor to join our busy production team! If youve got paint finishing & supervisory experience, this is your chance to step into a hands-on leadership role.

Location: Dungannon, Co. Tyrone

Employment: Full-time, Permanent (Immediate Start)

Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily paint shop operations & ensure quality standards.
  • Lead, train & motivate paint operatives.
  • Allocate tasks & monitor workflow.
  • Carry out quality checks for customer standards.
  • Manage stock levels of paint & consumables.
  • Maintain spray equipment & machinery.
  • Report on targets & efficiency to management.
Qualifications
  • Paint shop experience (industrial/automotive/manufacturing).
  • Supervisory or team-leading skills.
  • Ability to read job sheets & technical drawings.
  • Knowledge of H&S & quality standards.
  • Strong communication & organisation.
Desirable
  • Powder coating/spray-painting experience.
  • Forklift licence (or lifting equipment skills).
