Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in a spray shop, preferably in manufacturing or high volume.
  • Proven history of following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Ability to adapt from other sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Paint department.
  • Ensure all painted products meet quality expectations.
  • Provide excellent customer service.

Are you looking for an opportunity that gives you the opportunity to be a Team Leader in our business? Were hiring an additional Paint Sprayer Team Leader to join our team at DoorCo Macclesfield as we continue to grow as the UKs largest supplier of composite doors.

Manufacturing is one of our key services and as a member of the team, your daily work will be essential to help us provide the service our customers know and love.

The Paint Team Leader is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the Paint department, ensuring that all Painted & Stained products meet the customers expectations in terms of Quality and Delivery.

Suitable candidates must have relevant experience in a spray shop, preferably in a manufacturing / high volume setting but could also suit adaptable people from other sectors.

  • Hands on production experience leading teams
  • Experience and a proven history of following SOPs
  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for quality.
  • A can do flexible attitude
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Reliability, being able to show an excellent timekeeping and attendance record
