Duties and Responsibilities
  • Paid Ads – creating paid advertisements across various social media channels including Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok.
  • Campaign Management – managing full social campaigns, including reporting and client communications to discuss campaign progress.
  • Strategies – developing innovative social media strategies for clients, collaborating with other departments on cross-channel initiatives. This includes budget allocation, audience targeting, and A/B testing.
  • Budget Management – liaising with clients to set and monitor campaign budgets, ensuring spending stays within agreed limits.
  • Delivery of Work – responsible for executing social media deliverables for clients.
  • Building Relationships – cultivating strong client relationships by understanding their business, brand, sector, competitors, and audiences.
  • Teamwork – collaborating effectively with wider teams on multi-channel campaigns.
  • Innovative Ideas – bringing fresh ideas to keep our social media strategies at the forefront of industry standards and platform changes.
  • KPIs – supporting the team to meet client social media KPIs and objectives.
  • Management – conducting training sessions for team members and supporting junior staff with guidance and upskilling.
Skills
  • 3+ years experience in a similar role.
  • Technical Skills – proficiency with paid advertising on platforms like Meta and LinkedIn; experience with TikTok and Pinterest advertising is desirable. E-commerce and lead generation experience is a plus.
  • Reporting – ability to prepare monthly reports, analyze campaign data, and use insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Communication – confident in engaging with clients via phone and face-to-face, demonstrating expertise and strategic clarity. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Time Management – capable of managing workloads effectively, setting, and meeting deadlines.
  • Creativity – innovative in social media approaches, committed to delivering outstanding results.
  • Proactivity – proactive in client engagement and personal development, aiming to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Tracking Skills – experienced with Google Analytics, conducting audits, creating proposals, and implementing tracking with support from analytics teams.
  • Interpersonal Skills – clear communicator, active listener, team player, conflict resolver, and embodying company values in all interactions.
