The Role

As a Paediatric Occupational Therapist, you will work exclusively on Saturdays with children aged 0–18 presenting with a range of developmental, sensory, and physical needs. You’ll manage a diverse caseload, deliver evidence-based interventions, and collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team to help children achieve meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of regular clients during Saturday clinics.
  • Deliver assessments and interventions focused on sensory integration and functional skills.
  • Provide recommendations for home and school environments.
  • Conduct in-person and online therapy sessions as required.
  • Collaborate with Speech and Language Therapists, Psychologists, Educators, and Admin staff.
  • Contribute to service development through occasional strategic meetings.
Senior Therapist Responsibilities (if applicable)
  • Lead assessments for new admissions.
  • Discipline-specific supervision of junior therapists and clinical placements.
  • Develop service improvement plans and impact reports.
  • Design specialist intervention programs for complex cases.
About You
  • HCPC registered with a degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Experienced in paediatric therapy (entry-level to senior roles available).
  • Passionate about sensory integration (formal training desirable).
  • A strong communicator and team collaborator.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
  • Available to work Saturdays on a regular basis.
