A leading healthcare institution in King's Lynn is seeking a committed Nurse with paediatric/neonatal specialist experience. Join a Quality and Safety team dedicated to high-quality family-centric care. The Nurse will manage clinical risks, coordinate audits, and implement quality improvement projects. Candidates must hold a relevant nursing degree and have a minimum of 3 years in a paediatric setting. Competitive salary between £47,810 and £54,710 per annum pro rata.

We are searching for a committed, dynamic and enthusiastic Nurse with paediatric/neonatal specialist experience to join our Quality and Safety team.
You will join a supportive team who truly care about high quality family and child‑centred care. We value your experience working alongside us and acknowledge that fulfilled staff put the family at the centre of their work.
Play an important role within the Women and Children’s Divisional Quality and Safety team, in delivering the Quality and Safety agenda in accordance with local and national policy.
Be involved in management of clinical risk within paediatrics and neonatal areas.
Ensure that clinical and non‑clinical incidents are identified, reported and investigated, triggering actions and sharing learning to prevent future harm.
Be responsible for coordinating the paediatric speciality annual audit plan.
Participate in divisional meetings as a representative of paediatrics to ensure monitoring and development of the quality and safety agenda.
Be the oversight for paediatric and neonatal policies and guidelines, ensuring they remain in date and fit for purpose.
Be the paediatric/neonatal link for the development and implementation of quality improvement projects within the Women and Children’s Division.
Work alongside the Practice Development teams to ensure training and education aligns to local and national policy.
Demonstrate up‑to‑date professional competence and knowledge.
