We’re recruiting for a Clinical Nurse Specialist to join a leading homecare provider delivering bespoke, person‑centred care across the community. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and clinically skilled nurse to take ownership of a complex caseload, lead clinical training, and make a real difference to the lives of clients and their families.

Ideal candidate
  • Registered Nurse (Adult or Children’s) with at least 2 years’ post‑registration experience
  • Experienced in tracheostomy, ventilation, suctioning, and enteral feeding
  • Confident clinician who enjoys teaching, leading, and supporting care teams
  • Thrives in a role combining autonomy, quality, and compassion
Key responsibilities
  • Take clinical ownership of your client caseload and care plans
  • Lead and deliver training for Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers
  • Ensure high standards of safety, compliance, and person‑centred care
  • Review MAR charts and clinical documentation
  • Provide ongoing development and competency assessments for your teams
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, families, and MDT professionals
