As one of our coaches, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional coaching sessions that spark enthusiasm, build skill, and create lasting connections with players of all ages and abilities.

We’re looking for motivated professionals, ideally qualified through the LTA (Level 1 or Level 2), who bring not just technical knowledge, but energy, creativity, and a genuine passion for helping others fall in love with the sport.

Person Specification

We’re looking for passionate, energetic, and professional coaches who can bring The Padel Hub experience to life.

The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality, engaging sessions for players of all ages and abilities, inspiring improvement, confidence, and a love for the game.

You’ll be an ambassador for The Padel Hub — creating a fun, inclusive, and welcoming environment on and off the court.

Organised and proactive, you’ll help run coaching programmes, events, competitions, and social sessions, while working closely with the Hub Manager and team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Strong communication and people skills are essential, enabling you to build relationships, encourage participation, and retain members.

You’ll share our drive to grow padel across the UK — inspiring new players, supporting grassroots initiatives, and fostering a vibrant padel community.

Professionalism is key: you’ll uphold health and safety and safeguarding standards, and stay up to date with modern coaching methods to deliver fresh, high-quality sessions every time.
