The Padel Hub is on the lookout for passionate, energetic, and ambitious Freelance Padel Coaches to join our fast‑growing community across our hubs in the UK. If you love the game and thrive on inspiring others, this is your chance to be part of a team that's shaping the future of padel in Britain.

As one of our coaches, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional coaching sessions that spark enthusiasm, build skill, and create lasting connections with players of all ages and abilities. We're looking for motivated professionals who are qualified through the LTA (Level 1 or Level 2) and bring energy, creativity, and a genuine passion for helping others fall in love with the sport.

Key responsibilities include:

• Deliver high‑quality, engaging coaching sessions for players of all ages and abilities, inspiring improvement and confidence.
• Run coaching programmes, events, competitions, and social sessions in collaboration with the Hub Manager and the team.
• Create a fun, inclusive, and welcoming environment on and off the court.
• Communicate effectively to build relationships, encourage participation, and retain members.
• Maintain health and safety and safeguarding standards, and keep coaching methods up to date.

Key qualifications and skills:

• Minimum qualification: Instructor (Level 2) and Coach Accreditation.
• LTA Level 1 or Level 2 qualification, with experience coaching in a community or recreational setting.
