About the Role

Do you have great attention to detail? Are you looking for a hands on role within a growing company? If yes then this could be the role for you.

Torbay Pharmaceuticals are currently recruiting for Packaging Operators to join our team in Paignton on a permanent basis. This is an entry level role in which you will work as a member of the packaging team processing pharmaceutical products within a manufacturing facility. Previous experience within a Production / Warehouse environment would be beneficial but full training will be provided.

Hours: Lates : 1.45 - 10pm

Interviews will be held on Thursday 18th December.

Responsibilities
  • Completing batch documentation accurately
  • Work both individually and as part of a small specialist team
  • Continuously look for ways to improve process
  • Work according to KPIs
  • Work according to deadlines and able to multitask and adapt to changing demands
  • Basic fault finding of products
  • To 'set up' and operate equipment
What are we looking for:
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous

  • Experience following written instructions
  • Manual handling of up to 15kg
