Job description

Buile Hill Academy is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dynamic Personal Assistant to the Principal / Office Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Provide confidential administrative support to the Principal and be responsible for the line management of the academy's administration function, including performance and operational management
  • Build relationships and liaise with the local academy council and group directors on appropriate matters
  • Organise and minute take at academy council and SLT meetings, assist SLT with the implementing and monitoring of appraisal, and prepare reports as and when required by SLT
  • Matrix manage the academy support staff as and when required to ensure work for the Principal is completed
