In this pivotal role, you will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support, ensuring that high standards and confidentiality are upheld at all times. Your contributions will be key in projecting the professional image of our company through all your work. About the role
  • Extensive diary management, planning and organising associated travel
  • Prepare and distribute documentation required in advance of meetings
  • Act as key point of contact for the senior managers, liaising with internal and external stakeholders as required
  • Attend and assist at management meetings
  • Plan, organise and manage events
  • Process invoices and expenses
