Job summary

A prominent NHS healthcare provider in Liverpool is seeking a P2P Systems Lead to oversee the implementation of new Procure to Pay systems. The role involves training users, monitoring system performance, and leading continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. Ideal candidates will hold or be working towards a CIPS qualification and have project management experience. This is a full-time fixed-term position lasting 6 months, with a salary range of £38,682 to £46,580 annually.

Qualifications

• Willing to work towards Chartered Institute in Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) qualification.
• Experience of implementing and embedding systems.
• Experience in managing complex project(s).
• Understanding local, regional and national procurement agendas.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of new P2P systems across healthcare trusts.
• Conduct internal and external training for users of the P2P system.
• Monitor ongoing performance of the P2P system post-migration.
• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in procurement processes.
