A leading facilities management company in the UK is seeking an experienced P&C Advisor to support a workforce of 1,200 employees. Your role will involve managing complex employee relations cases and coaching managers, requiring a strong knowledge of UK employment legislation. This position is hybrid, based in Birmingham with some travel. The ideal candidate should be CIPD qualified and possess excellent communication skills.

We are seeking an experienced People & Culture Advisor to join our team, supporting a workforce of approximately 1,200 employees within a soft services environment.
This role is primarily based in Coventry, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote, and occasional travel to Warwick every other week.
In this role, you will be managing high-volume, complex employee relations cases (up to 30 cases concurrently), coaching managers, and handling absence management. Previous exposure to similar workforce environments is essential.
