Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse portfolio of outsourcing clients, overseeing the preparation of financial statements, management accounts, VAT returns, and payroll processing.
• Provide high-level advice on outsourced accounting services, delivering tailored solutions to clients in a variety of sectors.
• Lead and mentor a team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service while supporting the growth and development of junior staff.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for all outsourcing-related matters.
• Drive business development by identifying new opportunities for the firm’s outsourcing services and expanding the client base.
• Collaborate with other departments, including audit and tax, to provide integrated solutions for clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the firm’s outsourcing services remain competitive and compliant.

Who You Are:

• An experienced Outsourcing professional with a proven track record in managing outsourced accounting services for a diverse client portfolio.
• ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualified, with strong technical knowledge of accounting, management reporting, and VAT.
• A natural leader with experience managing and developing teams, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
• An excellent communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Commercially aware, with the ability to identify business development opportunities and contribute to the growth of the outsourcing service line.
• A proactive and strategic thinker with a passion for delivering innovative solutions to clients.
